Please call us for a quote if the value of the property you are selling or buying is over $ 1,900,000.
What’s not included in the above fees (fixed fees to be notified in advance) :
- Delays in Settlement and associated costs.
- Cost of an Owners Corporation Certificate.
- Cost of lodging Caveat on title to protect your interest as Purchaser.
- Providing a Solicitor’s Certificate if required by your lender.
- Preparing a General Power of Attorney or an Enduring Power of Attorney.
- Bidding on your behalf at an auction.
- Negotiating with lender and purchaser’s or vendor’s representative in the event of a delay in settlement.
- Preparing additional paperwork if the title to the property has to be in the name of a trustee of a SMSF.
- Advice on Off the Plan Contracts of Sale.
- Sale or purchase of properties with Stratum Title or Company Share Titles.
- Preparing an Owner’s Corporation Certificate (in the event that there is no Owners Corporation Manager).
- Preparation of tenancy, lease or licence agreements.
- Disputes with the purchaser or vendor regarding the final inspection.
